Tom has over 25 years of senior management and deal execution experience in real estate investment banking, commercial lending, mortgage banking and middle market mergers & acquisitions. He has structured and negotiated complex transactions in excess of $4 billion ranging from structured finance transactions to corporate acquisitions and commercial loans. Tom previously held senior leadership positions at Citicorp Investment Bank, GMAC-RFC and Countrywide Securities Corporation.
