Sharlyn Brooner has been a senior loan officer with Priority Financial Network since 2005. She has worked for Columbia Savings & Loan, Fidelity Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank and Wells Fargo. She decided to broker in 1982 due to the advantage of being able to represent many major banks as well as many lenders in the secondary market giving availability to the widest range of products for all of her clients. She has a background in having been a junior accountant for Tiret & Associates in San Francisco before entering the Mortgage Banking world. This allows her to best attend to and understand the complicated self-employed client as well as how to understand why their tax returns are structured as individual companies. Her vast knowledge and understanding of the way people make money and which loan or investor would best suit the borrowers' needs.
