She has worked in all aspects of the mortgage business from pricing in secondary markets, in processing to closing files. Dawn teaches a first-time home buyers’ course through the University of Texas and truly enjoys the education aspect of helping the first-time home buyer but equally loves the more challenging self-employed and investor files along with every scenario in between. Specialties include all purchase, refinance and cash out refinance loans. VA, Jumbo, Conventional Loans’, FHA, Jumbo and USDA and many niche programs that separate us from the herd.
