Joe stepped in and got it done in just 24 hours! Without him, I would literally still be without a home right now. Well, this was our first experience with PFN. Not real impressed with them. They waited until 2 days before closing to request a document about a transaction that had taken place almost 2 weeks prior and that was on our bank statement for that month. Almost seemed like they didn't look at the bank statement when they received it. They also pushed our closing back a day with no explanation, which caused us some headaches considering we had movers scheduled. This is the 5th house we have bought and it seems that every time, something changes in the process. We closed on our last house in 15 days and didn't have any issues (and it was done all online). Luckily, our closing attorney was very gracious and had us come in early that morning. As for our mortgage person here, Bonnye is just so nice and always 'bubbly'. We had some questions and she would email and then call to make sure we understood. What I liked was that she gave us a list of documents that she needed up front. Made life a lot easier.
